Our Vision
Common Tree is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization and we are committed to serving the disenfranchised and students with limited resources by providing them with access to education, mentorship, and resources that will enable them to achieve their full potential. Our mission is to empower individuals from all walks of life by creating an inclusive environment that fosters personal growth, academic success, and community engagement. We aim to equip our program participants with the tools and skills necessary to overcome obstacles and reach their goals, regardless of their socioeconomic status or background. Through collaboration and partnership with local organizations and businesses, we strive to create a network of support that will enable our participants to thrive and contribute positively to their communities. Our ultimate goal is to break down barriers to success and help create a more equitable and just society for all.
Lunch & Learn
Our Lunch & Learns are tailored to those coming out of Homelessness or the Prison System.
Our organization is built on a foundation of compassion, integrity, and accountability. We believe in treating everyone with dignity and respect, and we are committed to using our resources in the most effective and efficient way possible.

- Dress for success courses
- Computer literacy
- Career management sessions

- Integration back into the workforce

Empower & Inspire Mentorship Program
At the Empower & Inspire Mentorship Program for Students, we believe that mentorship plays a crucial role in shaping the lives of young minds. Our program brings together a diverse community of mentors from various professional backgrounds who are passionate about making a positive impact on the next generation. Our mentors are committed to sharing their knowledge, expertise, and life experiences to help students develop essential skills, explore their interests, and achieve their full potential.
